2008 Schedule Announced

Eagles open title defense on June 28th

(Updated May 13, 2008) The official 2008 Kane County Eagles' schedule has been released!

This year the Eagles will play 6 home games and 5 away games during the regular season. Our home games will once again be played at Illinois Memorial Stadium in Mooseheart.

The season begins at home June 28th when the Eagles host the Indiana Warriors.

Following a bye week for the 4th of July, the Eagles will host perennial powerhouse the Detroit Seminoles in what could set the tone for both teams in 2008. The Seminoles and Eagles are always ranked among the top teams in the nation, and this promises to be an exciting contest as the Eagles take on one of the MCFL's elite organizations.

Helping the Lady Eagles with Relay for Life

Relay for Life - DanyelLast month we made an announcements for former Lady Eagle and current Chicago Luvabull, Danyel Ott, who is heading up the Lady Eagles participation in the Relay for Life.

For the third consecutive year the Lady Eagles will take part in this terrific fundraising event to help raise money for the American Cancer Society.

We've been working with Danyel to promote the Lady Eagles with the 2008 Relay, and we have some special things planned for the coming months.

This month, Lady Eagles Aubrie, Kelly and Danyel were kind enough to share photos of the Ladies from the previous two Relays.

We've put together a bonus photo album that begins with several pictures from the 2007 Relay, and then we follow up with more pictures from the Ladies' first appearance with the 2006 Relay. After you've viewed the album, please visit the Relay for Life Web site and make a donation to support the Ladies and their efforts to help fight cancer.
